Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a session through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Missed sessions or last-minute absences (within 48 hours of the appointment) will not be refunded or rescheduled. Sessions shortened due to the client’s late arrival or other personal impediments are non-refundable. 2. Booking Validity Period Lesson bundles must be used within the following periods from the date of purchase: 3-lesson and 5-lesson bundles: Valid for 6 months. 8-lesson bundles: Valid for 12 months. No bookings are allowed after the respective bundle period expires. Unused sessions will be forfeited. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients must join sessions from a quiet, appropriate environment. Attendance from locations such as cars, restaurants, or public places may lead to session cancellation without refund. The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functional equipment. Technical issues on the client’s side will not be grounds for a refund or rescheduling. 4. Recording Policy Sessions are not permitted to be recorded by the client in any form, for any reason. 5. Teacher Absence In the rare event of a teacher absence, the session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
